Client Confidentiality
Privacy Policy
Total discretion is not an option Vonceltic offers on request. It is the standard against which every engagement is conducted. This page sets out what that means in practice.
Vonceltic Client Privacy Commitment
Vonceltic Security operates a strict, unconditional privacy policy across all client work. The following commitments apply to every engagement, without exception, and without the need for a separate confidentiality agreement:
- No photography or filming will take place at any client property under any circumstances. Vonceltic will not photograph, film, or record any aspect of a client engagement, including the property, the dog, training scenarios, or the client's principal, family, or staff.
- No client dogs, handlers, or training scenarios will be shared on social media or any other public platform, not as marketing material, not as case studies, not in anonymised form. Vonceltic does not operate social media accounts and does not seek to use client work to generate public attention.
- No client names, property locations, or identifying information will ever be disclosed to any third party, for any reason, under any circumstances. Client relationships are private and remain so in perpetuity.
- Vonceltic staff, contractors, and associates, past and present, are held to the same standard. Confidentiality obligations extend beyond the duration of any individual engagement.
- Complete discretion is guaranteed as a condition of service, not as an add-on, not on request, and not at a premium. It is the baseline.
This policy exists because it reflects how Vonceltic operates, not because it is required. High-profile clients, individuals whose privacy has commercial and personal value, should not have to negotiate confidentiality as a feature. At Vonceltic, it is simply how the business is run.
Why Discretion Matters
This policy exists because our clients require it
Many service providers treat client confidentiality as an afterthought, or worse, as a negotiating point. For clients who are in the public eye, whose security arrangements are sensitive, or whose addresses and movements carry genuine risk if disclosed, this is not acceptable.
Professional footballers, executives, high-net-worth individuals, and estate owners have specific, legitimate reasons to require absolute discretion from every service provider they work with. A security dog trainer who posts photographs of client properties and dogs on Instagram is not a service that serious clients can use, regardless of the quality of the training.
Vonceltic's policy is not a marketing position. It is a practical commitment that allows the service to be used by people for whom it would otherwise be unavailable. It is, for many clients, the reason they choose Vonceltic in the first place.
